Accompany our clients from the beginning to the end of their marketing campaigns
R: I arrived at EMB as part of the Master International Business Strategy that I am doing at INSEEC Sup Career. Previously, I validated a degree in Applied Foreign Languages Business & Commerce at the Sorbonne Nouvelle.
R: I arrived to strengthen the sales teams and I am in particular responsible for advising customers according to their needs. I mainly deal with marketing and communication agencies or with certain clients who contact us directly. My role is to fully understand the expression of the client's needs and direct them to the means of communication most suited to their request.
R: It depends first of all on the history we have with our client. If it's an existing customer, I talk to him about his request and I get back to him quickly with a specific count that corresponds to his need.
If it's a new client, I'll take the time to talk over the phone with him to explain how we work: taking briefs, counting, prices, setting up the campaign, restitution... I support the client from start to finish of their marketing campaign. And I always try to accompany him, so that he uses the most suitable means to reach the people targeted by his message.
R: We are mainly solicited for B2B and B2C emailing campaigns. And increasingly for SMS, B2B and B2C campaigns as well.
R: Indeed! For a client who is used to working with us, and whose need does not require too specific a count, we strive to respond within the hour. And even in the case of a more complex count, we always respond within the day.
R: Yes, we will soon be offering our customers a tool that will allow them to carry out their counts by combining different targeting options for their campaigns.
